I was worried about a number of important issues in my life, notably my children education and my retirement but had no idea where I stood and how to plan a solution. Then, I heard one of Finance Doctor’s advisors in a seminar conducted by my organization and found it to be interesting and genuine. For some reasons I just went ahead and got myself registered. I am extremely glad that I did so because Finance Doctor not only helped me understand and quantify my financial goals but is also helping in achieving them aggressively. Now, I am at peace and know where I stand and where I am heading towards. Finance Doctor has dedicated long-term personnel who are knowledgeable, ethical and highly responsive. Additionally, their advice because of its centralized generation is always consistent and of high quality.
I was unaware that declining interest rates could be a great opportunity to generate good returns by investing in high duration funds. Similarly, it was good to differentiate between rationales for primary and secondary residence. Finance Doctor clarified my thinking on prioritizing for a primary residence, taking steps for acquiring one has made my portfolio much richer.
Finance Doctor with their ethical and principled approach made me realize that I had big leakages in my savings which could easily plugged. For example, I had invested in ULIP plans and with their huge commissions, I was helping insurance agent with his early retirement rather than planning for my own. Finance Doctor calculated the required cover amount for me and also advised that insurance should be through term-its inexpensive premium helped me in reaching required levels easily.
What I found very useful is holistic approach of Finance Doctor. They focus on achieving important goals which raise the quality of life immensely. First thing they advised me of was proper cash flow management and getting rid of toxic liabilities(credit card debt carrying high-interest rate). I now have a regular saving surplus instead of deficit and am moving towards achieving my retirement and child education goals.

It is instructive to learn that Rs. 10 lakh invested in an equity fund 20 years ago would have been worth Rs. 4.5 crores today or Sensex has gone up 7 times in last 10 years. Extreme market volatility and fluctuations deterred me from investing adequately and benefiting from equities. Now Finance Doctor helps me in proper asset-liability matching, determining appropriate entry and exit points, preserving profits, helping me override my investor emotions and continuously monitoring my portfolio.

I always used to feel that it is very difficult to be disciplined in saving regularly. I would save for a couple of months and then run out of money in the 3rd month. Finance Doctor helped me in automating my savings and also framing goals important for me. Combination of these two steps has ensured that I have not strayed from this path, on the other hand my savings have increased, returns have improved and I have a clear idea about the progress of my goals.

I will never voluntarily throw even a single Rs. 10 note, unwittingly I was losing thousands. I had considerable money lying in banks and earing very little. This was due to inertia, not knowing the considerable value of each extra percent and inadequate knowledge of alternatives. Finance Doctor addressed these issues and by advising short-term debt. funds helped me in earning higher post-tax returns and without taking any additional risk whatsoever.
